I can't believe I'm running around getting things done."

There's stuff to do. You have a list. You know you should do it.
Do it, do it, do it.
Some of it might be big projects not getting done - maybe establishing a new business, doing homework or a graduate thesis, completing a work assignment, taxes, finally writing that blog or book, getting out into the dating world, getting organized.
Or it could just be little every-day things you put off - the laundry sits unfolded, dishes undone, emails not returned, books not read, exercise not happening.
The list grows and sits there as full testimony to your laziness, lack of discipline, lack of talent and lack of value.
"But I'm not in the right mood. It's not fun, it's boring. I'm too tired. I need a break. I need a nap. It's too much. It's too big. I don't want to. I don't know how. What if I suck? What if I fail? I can't."
Maybe later.
Have you noticed you don't respond well to pressure, nagging, obligation?
No point in telling you to make a plan and stick to it, or “just do it”. If you could do that, you would have done it a long time ago.
No, there are obstacles- thoughts, fears, paralysis, blocks.
Welcome to a no-pressure, no-blame, practical class to help discover the hurdles, the "no"s, the "I don't wanna"s.
You'll find out what's holding you back. And then get to watch the obstacles dissolve when you shine the light of day on them.
This class will not lecture you, berate you or even ask you to get things done.
Instead we uncover the blocks and leave you free to act.
And you might find things start to get done anyway.
Wouldn't that be something?
Come join us! Or not- maybe take a nap first.

"I did this class a couple years ago and it was transformational. My desk still gets cluttered, and the to do's never end... but, I also now live with a newfound perspective that quells anxiety. I no longer foment even as lists grow and I DO get things done "in time". "
