Overcome Overeating
Another mind-blowing Live What You Know online class with Judy Cohen

"I never would have believed that I would go days without my cookies.
It's been 2 weeks. It's a different feeling, very calm, peaceful.
It's like my usual way of being has been disrupted, and
I am so happy that it has.

Overcome Overeating

Overeating is not about hunger or the love of food.

If it was, you wouldn't eat when you're not hungry. You'd also be able to enjoy having just a little - you know, that famous "moderation" overeaters know about but can't seem to do- and stop when you're full.

Instead, having just a little seems downright impossible when you're feeling compelled, driven, helpless and out of control. The urgent call to grab something outside of yourself confirms a sense of missing something, lack and not-enoughness. That keeps the focus locked on your self and what's wrong with you and your world.

Which then makes you want to eat more.

This is an unwinnable loop. Without interrupting that loop, despite the best of intentions, for many folks the sense of being powerless in the face of mental demands remains overwhelming.

So it might be a relief to
try something different. What if at last there really is an opportunity to reduce or eliminate overeating, by re-routing the loop and focusing in a whole different way?

Judy Cohen’s Overcome Overeating online class can help you lose interest in binging and overeating. It's not that you never eat your favorite foods again, but rather...

You begin to discover a place of neutral around food.

Participants find they can eat or not eat. That irresistible, "have to, have to, have to” finally begins to relax.

“It is wonderful to begin to feel normal again. My problem was not the food!
I'm now able to eat what I gravitate to without worrying about binging.
For me, this is totally enormous!"

As an added bonus of taking this class, this focus-shift may enable other compulsions in other areas of your life to also fall away. The shame and guilt that overeating so often creates can be replaced by a sense of peace and well-being.

As this 2-hour class continues, it may also become clear that deep down, it's scary to think about life without overeating.

You may say things like, "But what will I do for pleasure? I deserve to have fun too. I need a reward. I need a break. I need comfort. Don't take this away from me.”

Naturally if you’re afraid of deprivation forever, you'll sabotage any success.

That’s why in the Overcome Overeating class, unnoticed fear of actually quitting is thoroughly addressed, so that underlying self-sabotage can also be let go.

This class is designed to interrupt the, "Eat! You shouldn't have eaten! Eat! You shouldn't have eaten!" loop, breaks the sense of deprivation, and provides a totally new option…

The option of "enough."

Wouldn't
that be something.

"OMG, OMG, OMG! No binging. I do not remember a day without cravings since I was 13 years old. This is nothing short of miraculous. Judy, thank you."

“I haven’t been hungry in days— the past 3 days I have even had to remember to eat. Your magic potion is really working— what did you do to me? THANK YOU.”
